Cold Caller – B2B Sales (Night Shift)

About the role

Cloud Rexpo is expanding its sales team and seeks motivated Cold Callers to generate new B2B opportunities in international markets. You will work night shifts, contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for senior sales closers.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective businesses.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads.
• Schedule appointments for sales closers and ensure accurate hand‑over.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM and log all sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth client transitions.

Required profile

• Intermediate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, telemarketing, or cold calling.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment and work night shifts onsite.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
