Cold Caller – Design & SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cold Caller to promote MajesticBlink’s design and SaaS solutions. Based in Karachi, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads and arrange follow‑up meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce design (logo, website, merchandise) and subscription‑based software services.
• Qualify prospects, answer basic product questions and schedule demos or meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, updating lead information after each call.
• Achieve daily call volume and conversion targets while following approved scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign execution and provide feedback on market responses.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication in English and the local language.
• Basic understanding of digital design and SaaS concepts.
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead qualification and objection handling.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
