About the role
Bright Solutions is expanding its call centre in Karachi and seeks experienced cold callers to support US‑based outbound campaigns. The role involves engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads and contributing to the team’s performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for US campaigns during night‑shift hours.
- Generate and qualify leads in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow‑up details.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure campaign success.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a call‑centre or tele‑prospecting environment.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
- Confident, disciplined, target‑oriented and professional attitude.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
