Cold Caller for SEO Campaign (1+ Year Experience)

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for a motivated Cold Caller to support its SEO-driven lead generation efforts. Working on‑site in Lahore, you will introduce the company’s medical billing and revenue cycle management services to prospective clients and help build a qualified pipeline for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects following a predefined script.
• Identify, qualify, and record leads in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status regularly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align call strategies with SEO campaigns.
• Gather prospect feedback and schedule follow‑up calls or appointments for senior sales staff.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets while maintaining professional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or call‑center environments, preferably B2B or healthcare.
• Strong verbal communication and English proficiency.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO concepts and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using CRM and call‑tracking tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and follow structured processes.
• High school diploma required; further education in business, marketing, or health administration is a plus.
