About the role

ABS International is hiring a Cold Caller to join its US‑facing logistics sales team. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, onboarding new customers and growing existing accounts, with earnings that increase as your book of business expands.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage long‑term relationships with US logistics clients.
Onboard new clients and expand existing accounts.
Earn commission based on the monthly revenue generated from your accounts.

Required profile

Motivated to move away from high‑pressure scripted calling.
Ready to invest in relationship‑driven account management.
Willing to work night shifts (6 PM – 2 AM) six days a week.

What we offer

Competitive base salary (adjusted to experience).
Attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month.
Commission as a direct percentage of monthly revenue.
Daily cash rewards for top performers.
Potential earnings of PKR 200,000+ per month for consistent performers.
15 days fully paid annual leave.
30‑minute break plus a dedicated Namaz break each shift.
Permanent contract with a one‑month probation period.
