Cold Caller / Front Seller (Night Shift)

About the role

Designocracy is hiring a full-time, on-site Cold Caller / Front Seller in Karachi, working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's digital services and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Follow scripts and sales guidelines while handling initial objections
• Schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
• Update the CRM system daily
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine outreach strategies
• Stay informed about the company's service offerings to communicate value clearly

Required profile

• Clear, professional phone presence with strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build initial rapport with prospects and handle objections
• Organized enough to manage call lists and follow up on leads consistently
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling or front-line sales is preferred but not required

Required skills

• Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation and CRM tools
• Comfort with technology and interest in digital products such as mobile apps and websites
