Cold Caller – Inside Sales Associate

About the role

Adlooper is seeking a resilient, high‑energy Cold Caller to join its business development team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing the company’s digital marketing services and creating warm opportunities for senior sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of outbound calls to prospective business clients across various industries.
• Deliver clear, tailored pitches that communicate Adlooper’s value proposition and address client pain points.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for senior sales staff and the CEO.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and improve outreach scripts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow‑ups, and prospect details in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and navigate gatekeepers with professionalism and persistence.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and booked appointments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a neutral or professional accent.
• Thick‑skinned, positive mindset and ability to handle rejection.
• Strong active‑listening skills to identify prospect needs.
• Highly disciplined with the ability to maintain energy during a 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
• Self‑starter attitude focused on improving conversion rates.
