Cold Caller – IT & B2B Sales

About the role

EscaBiz is seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join its sales team in Karachi. You will focus on outbound outreach within the IT and B2B sectors, generating qualified leads and supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Schedule meetings and follow‑ups with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the IT and B2B industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of spoken English.
• Ability to engage confidently with international clients.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented mindset.
