Cold Caller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Caller to join Web Minds Studio’s sales team. Working night shifts on‑site, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, introducing our web and software development services and helping to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following structured scripts and adapt messaging to prospect needs.
• Qualify leads, capture essential information in the CRM, and schedule follow‑up calls or meetings.
• Provide regular updates to the sales and business development teams.
• Research target markets and maintain accurate call records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and clear articulation.
• Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation or similar outreach activities.
• Comfortable using CRM or contact‑management tools and keeping organized records.
• Resilient to rejection, results‑oriented and able to meet call and conversion targets.
• Basic understanding of web or software development services and interest in the digital industry.
• Ability to work on‑site during night shifts and manage time effectively.
