Cold Caller

About the role

DigitalWebGram is looking for an enthusiastic Cold Caller to join its on‑site team in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing the company’s AI‑driven digital solutions and helping to qualify leads for the sales and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients following a structured script.
• Record call outcomes, update lead databases, and schedule follow‑up calls or meetings.
• Gather basic requirements from prospects and share information about services such as AI agents, website development, and social media management.
• Provide clear feedback on client needs to improve outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and support overall business development efforts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active listening skills with a confident phone presence.
• Basic understanding of digital services or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to different client personalities.
• Comfort using CRM or lead‑tracking tools to document calls and follow‑ups.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, able to handle rejection professionally.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages spoken in Karachi is a plus.
• Prior telemarketing, call‑center, or sales outreach experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing coursework is a plus.
