About the role

Join SERP Wiser as an on‑site Cold Caller in Gujranwala. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing our Local SEO and content services, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective local businesses.
• Follow structured scripts while adapting conversations to each prospect’s needs.
• Gather essential business information and record outcomes in the CRM or call‑tracking tools.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call volume, conversion, and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional phone presence.
• Basic sales and lead‑generation experience; telemarketing or inside‑sales background is a plus.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on building rapport.
• Comfortable using phones, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and call‑tracking tools.
• Ability to follow scripts while thinking critically and adapting to different decision‑makers.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes.
• Willingness to learn about digital marketing and SERP Wiser’s Local SEO services.
• Available to work on‑site in Gujranwala as part of a collaborative team.
