Cold Caller – Outbound Sales for Medical Billing Services

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for energetic Cold Callers to join its outbound sales team in Lahore. You will introduce the company’s medical billing and revenue‑cycle‑management services to potential and existing clients, qualify leads and arrange follow‑up appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls following scripted campaigns.
• Introduce Keystone Medics’ services, answer basic questions and handle objections.
• Update call outcomes and lead information in the CRM or call‑tracking system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, conversions and lead quality.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in outbound calling, telesales or call‑center environments.
• Strong verbal communication, clear phone presence and good listening skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness to learn basic concepts of healthcare billing and RCM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑tracking tools for documenting interactions.
