Cold Caller – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Sleek Tronic is seeking a motivated Cold Caller to join its fast‑paced digital agency in Karachi. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing the company’s web, mobile and marketing services, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to targeted prospects using provided call lists.
• Follow structured scripts while adapting to each conversation.
• Update CRM records with call outcomes, notes and next steps.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow‑up meetings or demos.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging and share prospect feedback.
• Meet daily call quotas, conversion targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Proven experience in telephone sales or cold calling, handling objections and moving conversations forward.
• Basic understanding of digital services (web design, development, mobile apps, SEO, social media) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using CRM or lead‑management tools and maintaining accurate records.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, professional and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi and collaborate with team members.
• Minimum high school diploma; a college degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
