Cold Caller – Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a confident and driven Cold Caller to join our growing sales team at Design Centric. In this role you will engage international prospects over the phone, introduce our services, and set up qualified appointments for the sales pipeline. The position is based in PECHS Block 2, Karachi, with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across different markets.
- Present the company’s offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and nurture interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update prospect information.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in international cold calling.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, professional tone.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in making outbound telephone calls.
- Ability to manage objections and close appointments.
