About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking energetic Cold Callers & Cold Outreach Experts to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on contacting healthcare practices, presenting the company’s billing and revenue cycle management services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Candidates will collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure consistent outreach performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to healthcare practices to introduce Keystone Medics’ services.
• Qualify leads, gather relevant information, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records after each interaction.
• Follow outreach scripts while adapting language to prospect needs.
• Track follow‑ups and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and meet outreach targets.
• Provide feedback on market responses to improve scripts and strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or prospecting, preferably in healthcare or B2B services.
• Resilience to handle objections and rejection while consistently meeting outreach targets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn medical billing terminology and healthcare operations.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Professional conduct, confidentiality standards, and a relevant diploma or degree are a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for record‑keeping and pipeline management.
• Experience using call tracking software to monitor outreach performance.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
