Cold Caller (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated part‑time Cold Caller to join our growing remote team. In this role you will initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our products and services, and qualify interest for further sales engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound phone calls following provided scripts.
• Ask relevant questions to assess prospect needs and record accurate conversation notes.
• Handle basic objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Update lead information in the CRM or tracking tools after each call.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or appointments for senior sales team members.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine messaging and report on call outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with frequent rejection and ability to stay motivated.
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet and a quiet environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or communication training is a plus.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
