Cold Caller – Solar Sales (On‑Site, Lahore)

About the role

Highora is seeking an enthusiastic Cold Caller to promote its solar energy solutions to households and businesses in the Chauburji area of Lahore. You will work on‑site, engaging prospects by phone, introducing the benefits of clean energy, and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Dial outbound call lists and follow scripted sales guidelines.
• Introduce Highora’s solar products, assess customer needs, and qualify leads.
• Update call records and manage data in the company CRM or call‑tracking system.
• Schedule appointments or follow‑up calls for senior sales representatives.
• Answer basic product questions and handle initial objections professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine call strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and polite phone etiquette.
• Basic sales and customer‑service abilities, including lead qualification and objection handling.
• Comfort using phones, computers, and CRM/call‑tracking tools.
• Ability to learn and explain fundamental solar energy concepts after training.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented mindset with persistence in cold calling.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior telesales or energy‑sales experience is a plus.
• Fluency in relevant local languages and functional English.
