About the role
Growlyze Technologies is seeking a confident Cold Caller/Closer to join a US‑focused outbound calling campaign. The position is a two‑month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US‑based prospects during the 6 PM‑3 AM Pakistan time shift.
- Qualify leads, present the value proposition, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales closing and outbound cold calling.
- Excellent spoken English with a professional telephone etiquette.
- Confidence handling US clients and leads.
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and reliability.
Required skills
- Sales closing techniques.
- Outbound cold‑calling methodology.
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000.
