Cold Calling Agent – Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Agent to join our team in Rawalpindi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will generate new business opportunities for our construction estimation services by reaching out to potential clients and setting up appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through outbound cold calls.
• Understand client needs and clearly present our quantity takeoff and cost estimation solutions.
• Schedule appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
• Record all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and support seamless onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to improve outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation and client outreach.
• Strong communication, active listening and persuasive speaking.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and accurate record‑keeping.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communication is advantageous.
