About the role

Join Spark Space Digital as a Cold Calling & Customer Representative Officer for a UK‑focused outbound campaign. You will engage potential customers over the phone, present our services professionally, and qualify leads for further follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects in the UK market and generate qualified leads.
• Present company services clearly, following approved scripts and communication standards.
• Maintain accurate call records and update campaign information in real time.
• Collaborate with the team lead to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and perform necessary follow‑up communications.
• Contribute to campaign reporting by sharing call outcomes and customer responses.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or customer service.
