Cold Calling Executive

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing our products and services, generating qualified leads and setting up appointments for the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling volume and sales targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if needed).
- Prior experience in cold calling or telesales is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive and target‑driven.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
