About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing our products and services and generating qualified leads for further engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce company products and services during calls.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily calling and sales targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English (local language if needed).
- Prior cold calling or telesales experience preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target‑driven.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
