Cold Calling Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team and generate qualified leads for our IT services and products. The role focuses on outbound outreach to international prospects, identifying decision‑makers and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets to introduce IT solutions.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers based on defined criteria.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with call outcomes, lead status, and follow‑up notes.
• Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales/business development team.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up via calls and emails.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of cold‑calling or telesales experience in the IT/technology sector.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral or near‑native accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion and active listening abilities.
• Resilience to rejection and motivation in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
