Cold Calling Executive

About the role

The Cold Calling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers by phone, introducing our products and services, and generating qualified leads. This role focuses on high‑volume outbound calling and aims to schedule appointments for the sales team. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce company products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for further sales engagement.
• Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
• Track call outcomes and report metrics to management.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Achieve daily calling and sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English (and local language if needed).
• Prior cold calling or telesales experience preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and target‑driven attitude.
• Ability to handle objections while maintaining professionalism.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
