Cold Calling Executive

About the role

ABS International is expanding its night‑shift US‑facing sales team in Karachi. As a Cold Calling Executive you will engage US prospects and existing customers through outbound calls, opening new conversations, qualifying interest, and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold leads and existing US customers during the 10 PM–6 AM shift.
• Initiate conversations, qualify genuine interest, and convert cold prospects into sales.
• Re‑engage warm leads, deepen relationships, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and use dialer tools for call management.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales, BPO or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Self‑directed, target‑driven and resilient to rejection.
• Full availability for the night‑shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 10 PM–6 AM).
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Gulistan‑e‑Johar office.
