Cold Calling Expert - International B2B Sales

About the role

An experienced, results-driven Cold Calling Expert is sought in Soan Gardens, Islamabad, for international B2B sales and appointment setting. The role identifies potential clients in the UK and USA, pitches outsourcing and recruitment solutions, generates qualified leads and converts prospects into confirmed business meetings. The position is full-time and on-site, with shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily cold calls to potential clients in the UK and USA.
• Connect with business owners, directors and hiring managers.
• Pitch outsourcing, recruitment and offshore staffing services.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed meetings and build a strong client pipeline.
• Handle objections professionally and negotiate.
• Record calls, leads, follow-ups and meetings in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the business development team for client handovers.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international cold calling targeting US or UK clients.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Experience generating leads and booking appointments, and communicating with senior decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools; prior experience selling outsourcing, recruitment or staffing services preferred.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month.
• Additional commission for each qualified lead converted into a confirmed client meeting, subject to management verification criteria.
