Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Digiware Solutions is looking for a motivated Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive to join its software house in Lahore. This full‑time, evening‑shift position focuses on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and supporting revenue growth for IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to local and international prospects.
• Pitch the company’s software development, web/app development, and digital solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and track business leads.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up to convert leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales or lead generation.
• Strong English communication and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable handling rejection and objections.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work the fixed evening shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) onsite.
