About the role
Lime Software Logics is seeking a full‑time Sales/Cold Calling Agent to promote its GoHighLevel (GHL), web and digital services. Based onsite in Karachi, you will make daily outbound calls, qualify prospects and set up appointments for senior sales staff.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads for web and digital solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Prepare basic proposals and schedule meetings with senior sales personnel.
- Provide market feedback and help improve sales scripts and strategies.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in outbound calling.
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or cold calling, preferably within IT, web development or digital services.
- Ability to work onsite in Karachi, manage time effectively and meet individual and team targets.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) for clear verbal and written communication.
Required skills
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management.
