About the role
GrowthDesk VA is expanding its sales team and seeks confident communicators to run outbound outreach, connect with US business owners, and book qualified sales calls.
Key responsibilities
- Cold call and reach out to international prospects (US market)
- Book qualified discovery calls and follow up consistently
- Maintain an organised pipeline in our CRM
- Work in‑house from our Lahore office (on‑site, not remote)
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of sales/calling experience
- Strong, confident English communication, spoken and written (essential)
- Resilience, energy, and a drive to hit targets
- Comfortable with US‑timezone night shifts
