About the role
We are seeking a motivated Cold Email Campaign Specialist to join our Lahore office. The role focuses on designing, launching and optimizing cold email outreach programs that generate qualified leads for the business development team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end cold email campaigns.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using modern prospecting tools.
- Extract, verify and enrich lead data.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve deliverability, open rates and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to support lead generation targets.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in cold email outreach and lead generation.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign metrics.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with email prospecting tools such as Instantly, Smartlead or Apollo.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices.
