Cold Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Cold Email Marketing Specialist to design, launch, and optimise outbound email campaigns aimed at decision‑makers in the U.S., Europe and MENA. You will combine technical know‑how on deliverability with creative messaging to generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cold email strategies that drive engagement and booked meetings.
• Research and build high‑quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo and similar data‑mining tools.
• Create, segment, schedule and send personalised email sequences using Smartlead, Instantly and related automation platforms.
• Monitor and improve inbox health – domain warm‑up, rotation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration and spam monitoring.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy and CTAs; analyse open, reply and bounce rates to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in email marketing or cold outreach.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services or staff‑augmentation environments is preferred.
