Cold Outreach Specialist (On-site, Lahore)

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking energetic Cold Outreach Specialists to join its Lahore office. You will be responsible for contacting prospective healthcare practices, presenting the company’s billing and revenue cycle management services, and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls and send messages to potential healthcare clients.
• Follow scripted outreach dialogues and adapt communication style as needed.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow‑up calls or appointments and track response rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine campaigns and share market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards when handling client information.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Basic understanding of healthcare billing or revenue cycle management (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Comfort working on‑site in Lahore with cross‑functional teams.
• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in using spreadsheets.
• Experience with call tracking or dialer systems.
