Commercial Director – Luxury Architectural Surfaces

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to shape and execute the national commercial strategy for a premium luxury architectural surfaces division. The role focuses on driving growth across high‑end residential and commercial projects by leading B2B project and specification sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a national commercial strategy for luxury building‑material products.
• Lead and motivate high‑performing sales teams to achieve national growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Oversee B2B project sales and specification sales processes from prospecting to delivery.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market demands.

Required profile

• 15–18+ years of experience in luxury building‑materials or related sectors.
• Proven leadership in B2B project sales and specification sales.
• Extensive network with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Experience with premium architectural surfaces such as porcelain slabs, tiles, sanitaryware, or luxury kitchens.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing sales teams and delivering national commercial growth.
