Commercial Director – Luxury Architectural Surfaces

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to shape and execute the national commercial strategy for a premium luxury architectural surfaces business. The role will drive growth across high‑value residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects throughout Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national commercial plan to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Lead a specification‑driven B2B sales model, cultivating relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and key decision‑makers.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of high‑value projects from specification through execution.
• Strengthen the company’s presence within Pakistan’s Architecture & Design community through targeted business‑development initiatives.
• Oversee operations of the flagship experience centre, ensuring a premium experience for architects, designers and clients.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a high‑performing specification sales team.
• Monitor commercial performance via pipeline management, project conversion rates, account retention and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine long‑term commercial strategies and expand market share.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the building materials industry.
• Proven track record in B2B project sales, specification sales and commercial leadership.
• Experience managing premium residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use construction projects from specification to execution.
• Extensive professional network with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and fit‑out contractors across Pakistan.
• Strong understanding of the architectural specification lifecycle and project sales process.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design or a related field.
