Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially focused Finance Manager to join our finance team in Hassanabdal. The role will drive business performance through financial planning, project finance, cost management and strategic business partnering within a global manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring profitability and effective financial control.
• Oversee project accounting, revenue recognition, cost estimation, margin analysis and financial forecasting.
• Monitor project budgets, cost‑to‑complete assessments and variance analysis, supporting month‑end reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain to support pricing strategies and commercial decisions.
• Develop and maintain management reporting, KPI dashboards and ERP‑based financial reports using SAP and Power BI.

Required profile

• CA or ACCA preferred; ICMA or MBA (Finance) also considered.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP (CO, FI, Project Systems preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
