Commission-Based Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

Lead Nest is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to work remotely on a commission basis. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands‑on experience in digital‑marketing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels.
• Present and pitch agency services to potential clients.
• Follow up, negotiate, and close deals, earning commission on each sale.
• Log activities, update the CRM, and prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs while working rotating/shifting schedules.
• Coordinate with marketing and account teams for smooth campaign handoff.
• Attend remote training sessions and regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Persuasive phone presence and strong negotiation ability.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, resilient and well‑organized.
• Comfortable working flexible, rotating shifts in a remote environment.
• Prior internship or sales exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Experience using Slack for team collaboration.
