Communication & Negotiation Specialist

About the role

Gubloo Technologies, a technology and staffing solutions company serving U.S.-based clients, is hiring a Communication & Negotiation Specialist on site in Islamabad. The role manages professional communications, handles sensitive discussions, negotiates favorable outcomes and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Working hours are U.S. time zone (07:00 PM - 03:00 PM) and the salary is PKR 150,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with international clients, stakeholders and other parties by phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Lead discussions, negotiations and follow-ups to secure favorable outcomes.
• Handle contentious discussions, objections and high-pressure situations while representing client interests.
• Draft clear, persuasive emails, responses, proposals and formal correspondence.
• Build and maintain professional relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Law or a related field (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in communication, negotiations, client relations, business development or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and understanding of U.S./U.K. professional etiquette and cross-cultural communication.
• Preferred: prior experience with U.S. or U.K. clients, background in client relations, professional services, business development or account management.

Required skills

• Negotiation, persuasion, conflict resolution and objection handling.
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, Gmail/Outlook, Zoom/Google Meet, Slack/Teams.
• Preferred: CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and document/e-signature tools such as DocuSign or PandaDoc.
