About the role
We are looking for a passionate Communications Trainer to join the ibex Learning Academy (ILA) team. In this role you will help individuals develop confidence, polish their communication skills, and prepare for successful job interviews and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic training sessions and personalized coaching programs.
- Conduct one‑on‑one and group development sessions focused on personality development, communication skills, confidence, and professional presence.
- Assess individual strengths, identify improvement areas, and create customized development plans.
- Collaborate with hiring and recruitment teams to align training with industry trends and employer expectations.
- Motivate, mentor, and empower job seekers throughout their career journey.
Required profile
- University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent command of spoken English, clear and confident.
- Genuine enthusiasm for career coaching, personal development, and mentoring.
- Previous training experience is a plus, but passion and potential are essential.
