Community Manager – Fenzo (EdTech)

About the role

Educative is launching Fenzo, an AI‑powered learning platform, and needs a passionate Community Manager to grow its presence among students, educators, professionals and self‑learners. This early‑career position is ideal for someone who lives online, writes engaging content, and enjoys wearing many hats across community, content and outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map the online spaces where Fenzo’s audiences gather – subreddits, Discord servers, campus forums, X, LinkedIn and other niche communities.
• Build authentic relationships in those spaces, answer questions, share resources and foster genuine dialogue without overt promotion.
• Create and manage Fenzo’s own community hubs (Discord, subreddit, etc.) to provide a home base for engaged users.
• Produce platform‑specific content – LinkedIn posts, X threads, Reddit comments – that reflects Fenzo’s voice and resonates with each audience.
• Conduct outreach to students, teachers and potential advocates, nurture those connections, and feed community insights back to Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Active, genuine presence on Reddit, Discord, X or LinkedIn with a track record of community engagement.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft authentic, non‑corporate messaging.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks – from writing a LinkedIn post to moderating a Discord server in the same day.
