Community Manager for Salon Network

About the role

Toni&Guy North Pakistan is seeking a proactive Community Manager to act as the main link between our salon network and the marketing team. You will oversee online community interactions and ensure seamless coordination of in‑salon and digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for salon owners, managers, and the outsourced marketing team.
• Coordinate and schedule in‑salon content shoots and communicate upcoming campaigns, offers, and promotions.
• Manage branding requirements, marketing collateral, printing requests, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across all social media platforms, maintaining a professional brand tone.
• Escalate sensitive issues to salon management and provide insights on recurring concerns.
• Oversee Google Business Profiles for all salon locations, responding to reviews and tracking rating trends.
• Prepare weekly reports and maintain accurate records of communications, escalations, and completed tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in community management, customer service, or account coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional, customer‑centric approach with solid problem‑solving skills.
