Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to own the relationship with Lumida’s investor community. The role sits at the intersection of investor relations, community engagement, and social channel management, helping sophisticated investors stay informed, engaged, and activated.

Key responsibilities

• Write and send the weekly investor email, summarising milestones, market news and event recaps in the founder’s voice.
• Draft lifecycle communications such as welcome, congratulatory and expectation‑setting messages for new and existing investors.
• Set up and moderate the community’s chat channel (e.g., Telegram or WhatsApp), establishing norms and maintaining high‑quality conversation.
• Design and manage the investor intake process, capturing LinkedIn, accreditation status and interests, and ensure clean data flow into the CRM.
• Segment the community to identify high‑potential relationships and route them to founders, sales or ambassador programs.
• Track engagement metrics and continuously improve communication cadence and community‑scale systems.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with a polished, professional tone suitable for sophisticated investors.
• Strong relationship‑building instincts and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable creating repeatable processes.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and data segmentation.
• Familiarity with community chat tools such as Telegram or WhatsApp.
• Proficiency in crafting investor‑focused email newsletters.
