Community Outreach Representative

About the role

Rishta Yaqeen is an Islamic marriage service that connects Muslim families with suitable marriage prospects in a respectful and trustworthy manner. We are seeking a Community Outreach Representative to visit homes within a designated local area, introduce our platform to families, and build strong community relationships. This is a field‑based, full‑time position that involves direct, face‑to‑face engagement rather than office work.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to households in the assigned neighbourhood and present Rishta Yaqeen’s services.
• Explain the benefits of the platform and answer families’ questions about the marriage matching process.
• Gather feedback from the community and relay insights to the internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, contacts, and outcomes.
• Represent the company with professionalism, respecting cultural norms and personal dignity.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or a qualification in Islamic studies.
• Basic digital literacy – able to write emails and complete simple online forms.
• Strong familiarity with local Pakistani culture and customs.
• Excellent personal hygiene and presentation.
• Honest, open to learning from mistakes, polite and compassionate.
• Fluent in the local language(s) for effective community engagement.

Required skills

• Basic computer usage (email, form filling).
