Construction Manager – Large‑Scale Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead on‑site planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects for GreenCorp Holdings in Islamabad. This full‑time position ensures projects meet design specifications, budgets and regulatory standards while fostering safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources and coordination with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise on‑site teams, monitor progress, enforce safety standards and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation, progress reports and cost forecasts.
• Manage risk, schedule adherence and quality control throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience managing medium to large infrastructure or renewable‑energy construction projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
