Construction Manager – Project Management & Safety

About the role

Huzaim Kamal Enterprises is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects from initiation through completion in Islamabad. The role combines project management, safety leadership and cost control to deliver high‑quality construction on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Implement and enforce strict safety standards on‑site to protect all personnel.
• Develop accurate cost estimates, monitor expenses and provide budget forecasts.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 20 skilled construction professionals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Track progress, prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, devise contingency plans and mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations and company policies.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources to align with project timelines.
• Resolve on‑site conflicts promptly while maintaining clear communication.

Required profile

• Minimum ten years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing safety protocols and cost estimation.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience leading teams of around 20 professionals.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders.
