Construction Project Manager & Administrator

About the role

This position supports the construction team by handling project coordination, subcontractor follow‑ups, documentation, and administrative tasks, allowing senior staff to focus on estimating and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilize projects after contract award and send award notices to subcontractors.
• Collect Certificates of Insurance (COI) and maintain project schedules.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and the superintendent for job walks and bids.
• Track billing documentation, invoices, and maintain project logs.
• Assist with bid invitations, bid leveling, and review plans to identify required trades.
• Organize project files using Google Drive, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and wearing several hats.
• Strong follow‑up and coordination abilities.
• Good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management workflow, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and mobilization.
• Ability to read construction drawings (preferred).
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Email, Slack, and Zoom.
