Fim Enterprises is seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities on a construction site in Karachi. The role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress while coordinating contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities, guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and verify adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and resolving conflicts.
• Implement quality‑control procedures, reviewing workmanship and materials for compliance with company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate daily records, including progress reports, incident logs, and material usage.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide status updates and promptly flag delays or challenges.
• Assist in scheduling resources to maximize productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks on site and propose mitigation solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively resolve on‑site issues.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
