Construction Site Supervisor – Project Management & Safety

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for structural and finishing works in Rahim Yar Khan. The role combines project management, safety oversight and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all on‑site construction work, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Lead a crew of 20‑30 workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and maintaining productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, verify quality control procedures and identify potential issues early.
• Interpret construction drawings and technical documents, resolving discrepancies and guiding execution.
• Coordinate procurement and use of materials, equipment and resources for smooth project flow.
• Enforce workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance, mitigating risks on the site.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and clients to provide progress updates and address requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, quality assurance records and incident documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience managing construction projects, especially structural and finishing works.
• Proven ability to lead a team of 20‑30 personnel and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, execution practices and regulatory compliance.
