Consumer Research Specialist – Chinese Speaker

About the role

Transsion Holdings is seeking a Consumer Research Specialist who is fluent in Chinese to join its R&D team in Lahore. The role focuses on gathering and analysing consumer insights to guide product development and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute consumer and market research using surveys, interviews, focus groups and other methods.
• Collect, analyse and interpret feedback to identify user needs, preferences and pain points.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to spot trends and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations and prepare reports for management and R&D teams.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, testing and other cross‑functional teams, and coordinate with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Research or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consumer or market research (fresh graduates with strong analytical experience may be considered).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
