Content & Community Manager

• Run and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit accounts, handling planning, creation, posting, and community interaction.
• Write artist profiles, blog articles, and other editorial pieces about DJs, sets, and labels.
• Participate in Reddit and other DJ communities as a genuine member, not just a brand voice.
• From month two, build outreach lists of labels, music blogs, and DJs, draft pitches and follow up on behalf of the founder.
• Set weekly targets, track performance metrics, and report on successes and areas for improvement.

• Based in Pakistan and available full‑time.
• Proactive attitude: willing to point out what isn’t working and try new approaches.

• Experience using CapCut or similar video editing tools for short‑form video content.
