Content Creator / Social Media Expert

About the role

A company based in Johar Town, Lahore is looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Expert to develop engaging digital content, strengthen brand visibility and manage its social media presence across several platforms. The position is full-time and onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Develop content calendars and plan daily, weekly and monthly posts
• Write captions, scripts and marketing copy
• Generate ideas for reels, short-form videos, stories and promotional campaigns
• Manage accounts, posting schedules and audience engagement
• Research trending formats, hashtags and competitor activity
• Track insights, engagement, reach and audience growth
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors on content production

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences or a related field; reputable university graduates preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in content creation or social media management
• Previous work samples, managed pages or a portfolio are required

Required skills

• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools
• Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics and digital trends
• Ability to brainstorm content independently
• Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools
